Q. Where can I get an Orlando VIP Card?
A. You can purchase your Orlando VIP Card directly through our website. Some Schools, Charities and Organizations will offer the Orlando VIP Card as a Fundraiser. You will also find them at some Participating Vendor Locations, Hotels, Resorts, Timeshares, Car Services, Travel Agencies and many other Authorized Distribution Locations in Orlando and its surrounding areas. You must be 18 years or older to obtain or use the Orlando VIP Card.

Q. How many cards do I need?
A. Only one. Most Vendors do require one card per person, some Vendors will extend the discount to your entire family or party. If your not sure you can check the discount on the Vendors Listing in the Participating Vendor section of this site or you may contact the Vendor directly.

Q. How will the charge for a listing payment appear on my credit card statement?
A. Orlando VIP Card LLC will be reflected on your credit card statement along with the total cost of your order.

Q. When does my Orlando VIP Card expire?
A. An Expiration Date will be listed on each card.

A. Absolutely! As a local resident you will actually benefit the most by using the Orlando VIP Card. You will have many more opportunities to use your VIP Card. they can be used 365 days per year. You can get yours at most Participating Vendor Locations and all Authorized VIP Card Locations.

Q. Do I have to present my Orlando VIP Card each time I use it in order to receive the discount?
A. Yes. You must present the Orlando VIP Discount Card each time you go to a Participating Vendor in order to get their listed discount. Each vendor's discount varies, so be sure to check our website for updated information to see if their discount will be applied to only the cardholder or the entire group.

Q. How many times may I use my Orlando VIP Card at locations that accept it?
A. You may use your Orlando VIP Discount Card as many times as you like at any of our participating vendors. It is reusable 365 days a year. Some restrictions may apply see individual promotion or contact vendor for details.

Q. Can I use my VIP Card and combine it with other discounts?
A. No. The Orlando VIP Card cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons, specials, or promotions.

Q. What happens if a merchant does not want to honor the Orlando VIP Card?
A. If a participating vendor does not want to accept your valid Orlando VIP Discount Card, ask to speak with the manager. It may be possible that a new employee may not be fully trained in the establishment's participation. All participating vendors have either signed a legal contract with us or have agreed to the terms and conditions listed on our website.
